This guy was the source for previous information in the past (All the Bravest being unrelated -- he was spot on about it before it was announced), so he's legit.
I'm not going to trust a random forum member. I'm not getting excited until it's official.Â

More hints of an upcoming release
Seems the petition and all the hype worked afterall :)
And here is a NeoGAF thread with all the info about the game
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=510483
Hopefully they announce something soon
There is nothing amazing about randomly triggered encounters.
This game needs to be boycotted unless RTE's are removed or made optional.final_lap

You are kidding of course, that is all the magic
Old school is best
Actually seeing the monsters is soooooo boring, look at FF13, one of the worst games of all time

This is why I liked Chrono Trigger and SeikenD. 3 more, no random encounters. I guess I can live with it, if the rest of the game is superb.

I did not say anything about seeing monsters, but if it has randomly triggered encounters then it is automatically a bad game.
Square Enix's Yoichi Wada Is Stepping Down
http://kotaku.com/square-enixs-yoichi-wada-is-stepping-down-458811790
"Wada has stepped down and square has posted a massive loss for this fiscal year citing poor sales over seas as the reason for the loss"
Maybe now at last they get the memo that people are losing interest in them and start releasing the games we do care about like Bravely Default

Bravely Default: Flying Fairy Will Be Localized For The West
http://www.siliconera.com/2013/04/03/bravely-default-flying-fairy-will-be-localized-for-the-west/#iDMZuuoG5A3rOWGV.99

"Square Enix still hasnt announced Bravely Default: Flying Fairy for North America or Europe, but dont worrythe nostalgic turn-based role-playing game will be released overseas.
During the Game Developers Conference, Siliconera was able to confirm with multiple trusted sources that Bravely Default: Flying Fairy will be localized for English-speaking audiences."
wasn't final fantasy 7 random triggered encounter as well? yet it gained success. Im pretty sure this would be a great game. If only it will be released in the US.
the reason why they stand still and atacking the monster in a distance because it is 3d. It may look like they were a atacking a monster from a distance but no.
That's awesome that SE are at least tuning-in to the fact that this game needs to be globalized.
According to wikipedia release dates, It took a full year for 4Heroes of Light to get translated. If BD:FF is any sort of successor, that bodes well for it being on the table. No doubt this game will do better in sales.Â
Interestingly enough, 4HoL was realeased in October(s), and so was BD:FF. That's a long wait with nothing concrete, but it seems like it's just a matter of time.Â
Â
My 2-cents about invisible enemies on the maps: I think it adds suspense when you don't know. It changes the impact of getting out of a dungen or using a potion. I can't just run around them either.

Frankly i dont like the enemies visible, it takes away much of the magic of the older games
