A Massive Multiplayer Online game for the Wii...

Since the Wii has that 24-hour online thing, with that cute option
to leave ur Wii online and ur Mii character can travel on the internet
to other Wii consoles...

so now i think its time we can take full advantage of the Wii...

never gonna happen. i would love to see the Mii MMORPG. but thats wintry flutists idea so i give him the credit for that.

First, metroid needs to be online. 

Next, every game needs to be online.

A MMO on the Wii is pointless with FCs.
Think of playing Warcraft and the only people you could actually play with you would have to register.

Instead of 1000s of players in one lobby you would have just a few if you are lucky.

I'm not sure an MMO would work on the Wii as communication is a key requirement in an MMO.  I could see them doing a Phantasy Star or Guild Wars type of lobby for multi-player games but a full out MMO might be difficult for the Wii to handle.

If they were to make one, I'd rather see something new then something current made into an MMO.  Although, admittedly, Pokemon would seem to be a good choice.

You're limited to 8 skills when fighting, so they would fit perfectly on the buttons.

Even though, there could be a a keyboard connected to the wiimote (so it would be like the mouse+keyboard combo). Also, I think they could keep the graphics as they are on medium settings PC's, because even my computer can run GuildWars (only 1.6Ghz, 512Mb ram, 64Mb GeForce Nvidia).

Although, I know it's not going to happen :(
