Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2, an awesome jaw dropping or just a boring repetitive Dragon Ball game?
The game includes a huge variety of characters to satisfy every player out there. People have asked me if the characters are as repetitive in game play as with "Naruto Storm 2", but they are not. Yes, most characters play similarly by punching with the square button and then stunning him or linking the attack with the triangle button then doing a pursuit attack, but really isn't every fighting game like this.
The game does seem frustrating at times and u are left with no choice but to do countless super attacks one after another.these times do feel repetitive and boring but in other fights (especially online) the player can truly feel the power of his character and beat the living hell out of his opponent.
The story mode is called galaxy mode, where u choose a character and fight a series of enemies in different location and sometimes with different objectives like pulling certain moves. Galaxy mode lacks cut scenes and i players who are not familiar with the series will be left confused(one of the main reasons behind the bad critic scores).
Characters can be equipped with items and super attacks in ultimate customize. Players also have the ability to fight in world tournaments and in online battles and world tournaments
One of the few problems with the game is the difficulty. many believe it is too hard, others say they cannot unlock the hidden items and characters thanks to the difficulty, but if ur a true gamer and know ur way around tenkaichi games and raging blast 1 then u shouldnt have any difficulties with playing the game.
Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 is a great game but lacks in cut scenes and may seem difficult at times. It is a great addition the the franchise and adds a lot of awesome game play experience with a lot of replay values.
I would truly recommend this game if u like dragon ball, if u dont know dragon ball that well u can always visit the in-game encyclopedia for further info about the story and characters.
