Stubbs the Zombie is a game that rivals Conkers with its slapstick humor and awesome gameplay moments. Stubbs places you in the control of Stubbs, a zombie, who has come back from the dead to take over Punchbowl city. Stubbs has several weapons and any humans that are killed come back to life as zombies who you command (not really). The zombies are sort of like mindless zombies who just stumble around looking for human brains which is much like how they really behave, but luckily you can sometimes use your slaves as shields and then grab the nearest human and use him as food and rip off his arm for a weapon. The A.I. other then the zombie is fairly great but sometimes dumb as some humans will run into walls. Its graphics are good but not perfect since they date back to the Halo engine. Stubbs has wicked gameplay elements and even give you some seriously funny moments. In one level you have to infiltrate a water facility and literally pee into the water to contaminate the water letting you get more zombies. With little things like hold R to Pee it’s hard not to love its gameplay. Unfortunately the story is really short and you can finish it in less then 6 hours on the easiest setting. There aren’t any bonuses or hidden things find but still there is some great moments that you want to come back and play. It’s around 20 dollars right now which is good but I suggest you just go to your nearest Blockbuster or video game rental store and rent or buy it there. There is a co-op which is just as fun as the game itself so yes it’s worth having a buddy around to play it. The Music is just inspiring but unfortunately it’s barely ever put on. Stubbs has no online support or even downloads so any problems cannot be fixed. Stubbs is like this review mostly. It’s awesome but yet way to short.
