Great game, fun but shorter then my summer short-shorts

User Rating: 7.9 | Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse XBOX
Stubbs the zombie is game that is very well put together with good variety and doesn't lean very heavy on the story and possible even benefits from having little to no story.

The graphics are easy on the eye, crisp and colourful. The gameplay is great as, for once, you play as the zombie who wants no more than to eat brains, which results in the victim becoming part of your zombie horde who do help when it comes to fighting loads of enemies. Stubbs has a range of different and humorous moves such as, gut grenade, the stunning (literally) fart attack and the hand which can be used to possess the living and use there weapons against them.

Your ability to eat your victims brains is funny and serves a purpose as the humans then become zombies themselves. Co-op is great fun (if you have a friend to play with). The game is developed with the same engine as Halo, which results in a bit of a similar experience.

The utilizes humor to great degrees, especially in the scene with stubbs giving a speech to his zombies. The major downside is the short ass story with nothing more to it (except the hippo things that no one gives a crap about).

The good: Graphics are great, fun gameplay, humor

The bad: Not much left to go back to, not terribly difficult even on hardest

The ugly: The lenght of the story is unbareable

So in conclusion, if you like a good laugh and fun gameplay, then look about, but if it is over £19.99, don't get it as it doesn't serve for more than just some fun. Thanks for reading ;)
