Great story and atmopshere. Great value for its price tag
Gameplay also feels very refined and graphics looks very stylish with its artwork background. Soundtrack is amazing, it fits the cyberpunk theme just fine. Combat is very smooth and fun but since you only have control over your own character's growth gathering up the perfect team is out of your reach. You have to make do with what you are given and it is kinda of disappointing since we dont even have a single storyline for almost all of these hired shadowrunners to justify the lack of options. (we cannot even equip them for a mission).
Now for the negatives, i found a couple small and negligable ones like checkpoint only save system or being stuck in turn based if you ever engage an enemy(you have to kill them all to return normal) . But real problem we could say is the lack of content. It takes around 10 hours to complete the game in its first run. Game is rather short and while everything feels polished you look at the game and wonder so many things that could be added. In depth dialogs for npcs, quests that does affect the world around, missions specifically designed for certain classes to make them feel important and etc. Lack of content is the only thing keeping this game from having its place alongside of all time classics such as baldur's gate and icewind dale. But considering its minimal budget (2 million $ is tiny compared to budgets of most games we play nowadays) and very affordable price tag (20$) this game is still a great bargain. Not to mention its editor will allow us to play fan-made campaigns for free. Must buy for every rpg fan.
