Probably, but speaking about this game, I think some have their own reason.

As for me, despite own a rig that can play any new PC games with ultra setting, consoles still are my main choices when gaming. I prefer my self the story and innovation over EPIC GRAPHIX all the time. My personal best game series ever still Zelda games, the most outdated EPIC GRAPHIX on my games collection.

But I don't play those games anymore. it stay on my collection and in my mind as the best games of my childhood that my older brother pass on to me. If suddenly Nintendo publish new Zelda games with GRAPHIX deliberately made like the first Zelda, I will buy it just to support the IP but I don't think I'll get the same enjoyment like I received back then when I was still a kid.

The Witcher 3 on my PC, The order 1886 and MGSV TPP on my PS4 are games with EPIC GRAPHIX that I purchased, still I find my self enjoy Legend of Heroes series more on my PSP and Vita over those games.

At the end of the day, no matter how thick I wore my tinted glasses, enjoyment is the final destination for me when I purchased any games. I prefer the game with average 2000-ish GRAPHIX nowadays over a deliberately 80-ish look alike GRAPHIX that being recommended by PRO reviewer since I purchase the game for my enjoyment. Not their enjoyment.

Still, I personally think this is a good game, but definitely not the best game ever made like gamefaqs popularity pool result that I mention in my earlier post

I think the only game that I still constantly play to this day since the release year of Dragon Dogma is Dragon Dogma itself.

Still have tons of backlog games and only have less and less game time the more I climb the corporate ladder, but this game still have certain something that make me play it again and again despite the average story. Tbh not even The Witcher 3 and FO4 (also love these game btw) gave the same feeling for me personally.

Judging from how well this game received during these years, I still don't get why Capcom don't focus more for this great brand new IP.

I really don't get it. The story is interesting but it's look like this game was made when I was 5 years old and looking at my older brother that played Legend of Zelda on his NES back then.

20 years ago when I still envy my brother's NES, I might call this game the best game ever like in Gamefaqs pool, but today I don't think so.

Well, kinda worried because he looks that old and judging from his built, his diet is a mess. Not good for guy that age. My old-man is the same age with him but still look like latest forty because his routine cardio sport and the content of his diet. Hope GRRM still well till he finish the series.

Or perhaps he was to busy plotting which reader's favorite character will he slaughter next :)

Aaaand BAAM, we get new AC game this summer :)

One of those unappreciated games that actually fun and gave the money worth for it's enjoyment when we actually purchased and played it.

Urgh. I can only imagine my gf will pester me to play those track and also play the game with her.

On second thought, the "physical" activities followed, usually more aggressive if she is in a good mood.

My 360 got RROD three days before the waranty expired. Lucky me, still have working 360 to play Reach if I want.

As for XBONE, I prefer to have my XBONE with more new games than remastered all over the place but for this game, I will agree if they doing it.

I happily repurchased it since Reach is the one that make me want to play Halo. (Campaign only).
