My only bet is it won't be anywhere outside of America. Dan Houser said GTA is America, as seen through TV, and film. I don't see how that would translate to any other culture. I mean a lot of people in America, don't spend much time getting familiar with outside cultures. If the game were set in London, it would be weird for some gamers to get the sarcastic inside jokes that would be immediately evident to British people. I'm not saying that it would be interesting, but it's just highly unlikely. Only one more day to wait until we find out what place we'll be exploring. I just hope it's a good game.

People need to realize that a technical innovation is not a gimmick. Motion gaming is really not a gimmick. Look how many people actually own a Wii. Look at how both Sony and Microsoft copied said gimmick, hoping to capitalize on the potential profits to be made with what people call a gimmick. It amazes me how many people give Nintendo no credit for the innovations they have brought to the industry. Despite all the grumblings, and complaints by hard core gamers the Wii is still an overwhelming success, and I'm betting that the Wii U will be also.

Maybe the industry should quit using such grossly inflated budgets to make their games, that way they won't feel such a pinch from used games. They also should come out with games that justify the $60 price tag. See I'm not the type to run out and blow $60+ on a brand new game. I'll probably wait six months so that the price drops some, and then I'll pick it up, even if it's a good game. Don't get me wrong there are some must have titles I'll buy right away, but the way the industry puts out crap it's just not worth it. The production houses should put out more pre release playable game demos, to show case the games directly to us consumers, and not just game magazines, and such, they'd make a lot more sells. In the last two years I've only bought 3 used games out of 24. The rest were all new ones, so I have no problem buying new games as long as they are good, and I never sell my games ever, even if they are bad.
