@mpl911: Just play it on PC, even if you have an older laptop it should run fine. Trust me this game is a lot of fun so long as you can overlook some flaws, like Mount and Blade.
I've been a member of this site for ten years now and have always liked Kevin VanOrd. Kevin, do you hate the new site as much as I do? I miss the classic Gamespot.... this new site feels like a cheap nod to ign.
You must remember Danny that human kind is full of anger and ignorant savagery. A few hundred years ago we burned people alive if they were caught doing much of anything out of the ordinary. We segregated our society, killed each other over the amount of melanin in our skin. For one to think that anything other than the threat of imprisonment keeps the masses from animalistic behavior, would be foolish. The internet is a great example of true human nature that is only restrained by law and order.
As for the review, I thought letting a games review suffer because of a political opinion of a reviewer was unprofessional. Video games are an expression, and an art. Bashing a game because Rockstar chose to portray women the way they did is the pure definition of bigotry. I would have liked some real female character development too but that wasn't the path they took.
I've probably spent 3-4 hundred dollars on LoL, and I'm not even good at the game! I love this game, but unfortunately am not, and probably will never be skilled at it. My brain is tuned to twitch games such as CoD and Counter Strike, which is ironic considering I don't like these games but play them because I excel and dominate them.
Oh shit, looks like the developer forgot to pad game spots wallet! They could have at least sent a fruit basket, maybe this game would have earned a 2.0 then?
I've been a member here for just under ten years. Ryan was one of my favorites, those who knew him on a personal level were lucky. There are not many men who live greatly enough to bring happiness to everyone around them.
