I share the firefight complaint too, it was a horrible idea to not include matchmaking. Also, I might just be one of the few, but I get some pretty horrible lag here and there whenever I'm in coop or firefight, and my friends gets the same also. But beyond that, you should have known what was in the game before you bought it to see whether or not the price was justified..

me and some friends got some pretty horrible lag at the start of each level, when things were loading, i had it installed, i tried unistalling it, but i havn't found another game to see if that was it, seeing as it loads slower with the halo3 engine. I've had one instance of lag, when I just froze mid-jump. I could look around, but nothing else. Everyone got that. Other then that, its been pretty lag free. And at least for SP firefight or campaign, its way faster on a HDD.
I am horribly dissapointed at the price of this game, me and my friends played through the campain in a fairly short amount of time, it was alot of fun but wish there was a little more for the $60 price tag. Now firefight... good addition, alot of fun, BUT WTF, no matchmaking? i don't have alot of friends i play with online but, this is obsurd, i've spent the last hour posting on forums trying to get a group, this is the stupidest thing ever for a multiplayer game, shame on you bungie, i hope some one dies in a fire for this.

Obviously you havent posted very hard. Just go to the 360 forums, they have sticky just for it. I played like 5 rounds of Firefight with fellow gamespotters today.
