@Jacanuk: it's just fanboy anger. It's about to get real bad here soon with the Scorpio coming and the Xbox/pc ability to play etc. kinda no way to compete against the things coming soon. Plus if Sony does their usual crap, the ps5 will come and not support anything from the past which will officially be the end of my support for Sony. I'll enjoy the few exclusives on the ps4 and if they don't change their ways, I'll use it to buy the Scorpio. I won't even buy a digital game on my ps4 or PS3. It's just too sketchy. I like knowing what I buy goes with me. I mean you buy a cheap ass game like ff7 on the PS3 digitally and you have to buy it again on the ps4? Sorry that doesn't fly with me any more. But we will see. The bar has been raised and set. No going back now.

Awesome. Although I have had my goty edition brand new for months, waiting for its bc release, even the strategy guide. But I've been buying up the games I've wanted as I see them and when they are on sale etc for when they do become bc. The only problem with my plan was that i didn't see the Skyrim or Bioshock remasters coming so those are kinda wasted. But Bioshock was really cheap and Skyrim I will just give to my daughter to play on her 360. So I guess it works out. I've just been trying to collect these games while I can before they are gone. I have over 80 360 games just waiting and still have my 360 if push came to shove but patience will pay off in the end.

I don't care about reviews, I am an experienced enough gamer to judge a game if it will appeal to me, same with movies. Either way I just plan to beat it quickly because a week later Dark Souls 3 hits. Which is what I will be playing with fallout 4, the Witcher 3, Halo 5 and the Elder scrolls. To me I expect QB to be like the last of us and deserves a place in my collection. I have no doubts I will enjoy playing it. I am a gamer first who has an x1, ps4, and PS3 for the classics. Can't stand the hate though I mean I have 80 X1 games and only 2 ps4 games (the second being uncharted 4 not out yet). That tells me all I need to know and this death spiral is garbage.

@jagdedge124: I had fun at first with DS2, but loosing that save killed it for me. There were things I didn't like such as Spells being based on use not MP and how you could grind a place out. I know that has been changed with DS3. I am hoping that since this is "supposed" to be the last in the souls series it takes the magic from all they have learned and combine it together. I have faith in it. But you are right there was a magic to DS1 that was unbeatable. Before alot of the patches DS2 did have it and I had alot of fun. But they made spells have less uses and that final crutch of loosing my save when I had put in so many hours....was murder for me. I have it for the X1, got it as a digital deal. I have tried to go through it again but I haven't been able to sink my teeth into it. I want to play the original again and like I said I just now got a PS3 at a deal and the first game I picked up was Demon Souls which reminds me of the first. But the hardest part about any souls game is the start. Learning your way around, getting more powerful and staying alive. I don't have a PS4 and can't speak about Blood bourne yet, although I will get one at some point for that game and the Last of Us 2. The only two games that spark my interest in the PS4 at this point. I know alot has been fixed in DS3, if you plan on getting it throw me a friend request my gamertag is Wolvklaw. It would be nice to have a buddy to play it with who knows their way around.

I was just about to pick this game up on PS3 (beat it along time ago on the 360). Still might due to wanting the collectors edition of DS III on my X1. Plus the reason I finally got a PS3 was for the classics I never did play such as Demon Souls (and the last of us OMG what a game but don't get why the fuss over uncharted, I cant get into them) which got me missing the original Dark Souls. I have DS2 on my X1 which I was on my 10th playthrough at least and my save got corrupted on my 360....it made it hard to start over again after so many hours but that didn't mean i never wanted to try again. I am basically collecting all of my favorite RPGs...As with any souls game though, you have to turn off every other game and just go for it. I need to play through Demon Souls though....I have only made it past the first boss and stuck on the bridge. Decisions decisions....

Good, simply put in my opinion it truly deserves it. I love Fallout 4 and I am playing that now but the Witcher 3 truly deserves game of the year. It is a game I will come back too time and time again.

@caledfwlch45: I gobble up alot of "stupid" crap. For example I collect game hats or Strategy guides to go with all of my RPG's. Why when I can look on the internet. I like this game. Didn't say OMG ITS THE BEST, simply said I like it and like the star wars atmosphere it brings. With so many games out right now and I happen to have them all except CoD BO 3 (personal vendetta there), I see no reason for hate anywhere. Cause there has to be a few new games out that you personally enjoy right? Its from Dice, look at the track record and what to expect. This isn't KoTOR which I would love to have. Or some new actual RPG, Or even some Star Wars flight sim with battles (taking on a star destroyer would be fun) its another candy shooter with the star wars skin on it. I am ok with that. I am not rushing through on playing it. No skill here to play....I get that. But it doesn't mean I don't have fun playing.

It isn't a bad game, I am sorry for those that totally hate it. I get it, I do. Thankfully you are able to play the new CoD instead or Halo.....try Tomb Raider or loose yourself in Fallout 4 which is a fantastic game. If you hate all of the above.....I am sorry, i got no words for you because I am having the time of my life with all of these games. I only passed on CoD because I have two currently sitting on my shelf, maxed on content and not getting playtime. Obviously I need a change. Halo did it for me. Star Wars is just simply for fun. To crank my surround sound, to enjoy that 55 inch tv of mine....to be able to really enjoy something from our culture I personally enjoy. I am one of those that bought tickets for the movie the day they went on sale. So yeah I am a fanboy and maybe thats why I like it because I haven't liked a Battlefield game in a long time.

So you are probably right, this game is something us fanboys get to gobble up with me being one of them. But I am at least having fun. If you don't like it, you have a ton of options. Just like us all. Show it, just like me with CoD. Which I didn't buy do to my personal opinions. But I didn't go to the CoD boards and hate on it. I just know it isn't for me, so I will go elsewhere.
