Thanks god there are going to be changes, it has been bad for far too long.

And yet the idiots that Johnny is calling out will probably completely miss the point of this episode. Great video, I'm sick of all those people who criticise others for not agreeing with them. I'm also sick of all those people who complain about the score a game gets before they have even had the opportunity to play the game for themselves. Well done Johnny for getting across a point I've wanted to make about the idiots in our community for years now.

Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't combat in any game be built to 'feel good'?

@Ranols @widdowson91 I'm at a conflict with Ubisoft. On one hand I love Rayman and have loved many of their games in the past. Yet on the other hand their big wigs are utter idiots that understand nothing about the industry.

@Ranols @widdowson91 All the big companies are like it, regardless of which region they come from. As far as I'm concerned Inafune can't say anything about one without saying anything about the other.

@Jebril @abcdefgabcdefgz I think the fact that the west now has a serious console contender also helps. Back in the 90's all the big manufacturers were all Japanese, so the majority of the games for their consoles were Japanese. Not so much now that the Xbox exists.

It's funny, because to me it doesn't sound like he's slagging off all Japanese devs, he sounds like he's describing specifically how Capcom have turned out. I scoff at anyone who says Japanese devs are rubbish today. You could argue they aren't using new game ideas, but neither do most western devs. They all play it safe to earn more money. They both fall short in similar areas.

@Cpt-Fair @telmor84 @ziqi92 I actually feel Skyrim's game play is fairly weak (combat in Elder Scrolls has always felt weak to me). What makes it a good game is it's sense of wonder and exploration, and the fact that they filled the world with a ton of lore.
