@davillain-: What's not a bad idea? West being term limited, West getting Trumped by the Donald, or Cyrus having to wait until 2028.

Miley Cyrus or Kanye West for President? This is a though one for me.

Well West is running in 2020 (and Amell is running for Prime Minister of Canada), Miley would have to wait until 2028, at which time West would be term-limited and unable to run for re-election. But if West does run in 2020, the incumbent will Trump him!

If Trump can win as much support as he already has, this would be quite plausible.

Yeah but Trump's been a successful businessman for decades.

I hope it's not Miley's destiny to ascend to the throne (see what I did there?)

Damn.

This stuff happens too much.

R.I.P. to those who lost their lives.

Hopefully this thread stays civil.

Well I was watching the Factor last night and Bill O'Reilly was discussing some polls with Charles Krauthammer. O'Reilly was baffled that one poll showed that 62% of Americans feel that the country is headed in the wrong direction, but another poll shows Joe Biden beating out all the Republican candidates he was matched up against. He then explained that in any election, about 20% of the population will vote for the Democratic nominee, no matter what, saying they could nominate Miley Cyrus and they'd still vote for her, and another 20% will always vote Republican. Krauthammer then said that more than 20% of the population would vote for Cyrus.

Of course she would be a Democrat, but do you think she'd really do that well in an election? She's not eligible to run until 2028 though, but unfortunately for her someone else will be eligible to run then: Me! So of course she'd stand no chance... unless some of my old Gamespot threads got discovered, but I can prevent that fairly easily: All I need to do is get a cloth and use it to wipe Gamespot's servers clean, right?

Yep.

I dropped out of my animal technology diploma because they wanted my to put down an innocent rat.

There was nothing wrong with him/her...so I said no.

I'd done all the theory on it, but just couldn't bring myself to put down the little bugger for no reason...

I think if you wanted to you might have been able to conscientiously object to that and not have that counted against you. From what I understand colleges - at least in the U.S. - are supposed to accommodate the moral and religious beliefs of their students.

A lot of people are saying Planned Pimps are here to stay. But as Yurchak says: "Everything was Forever, Until it Was No More".

Steve Perry.

Not familiar with any of the artists' music listed.

That name sounds vaguely familiar, but I don't really know who Steve Perry is...right now I'm picturing Steve Harvey.

Surely you've heard of Katyga Perryga and James R. Perry.

In order of preference:

1) Perry

2) Perry

3) Perry

4) Perry

clever. But Christina spells her last name Perri, not Perry.
