Edward Furlong. He was perfect as the young John Connor, and he had a great chemistry with Arnold. I absolutely hated every other John Connor, because I was always thinking "This should've been Edward Furlong, not you". I just couldn't care.
He made some bad life decisions (the typical "child star gone bad" story), which hurt his career, but I always liked him as an actor and the movies he was in. American History X, Brainscan, Little Odessa, Detroit Rock City and Animal Factory were all good movies, just to name a few... and Terminator 2 will always be my favorite movie of all time!
Assassin's Creed 3 was like a wake up call for me. I hated that game so much and I've been much more careful (in regards to buying games) ever since. I love French Revolution stuff so AC: Unity sounds awesome (on paper), and I've been thinking about giving this one a chance, despite all the negative reviews... Any advice? As someone who's super interested in the time period, should I play AC: Unity?
@mastermetal777: Yeah, these are all classics. Personally, I think Super Mario 64 feels like GARBAGE now, but that's just me. I agree about the other games. Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are still awesome, and Final Fantasy 9 is my favorite FF of all time.
It's just one of those games that don't hold up. It was awesome when it first came out, although I always preferred Banjo Kazooie.
Your reaction is exactly the reaction I would expect from a Conker-newcomer.
I feel like a lot of those 3D N64 games have that same problem. They feel really outdated compared to (even older) SNES games, for example. 2D games are just more timeless than 3D games, they live longer. A Link to the Past still feels like I remembered it.
