1) A proven drug can help people fight the virus once caught ( at least 6 months out)

@consolehaven: please give examples when it hasnt worked? Price points are always a huge factor in moving product. Otherwise, hell, why has Xbox and Sony been selling their hardware at a loss so often all these years.

My guess they will have several models to avoid losing any price war to Microsoft. Top version will likely sell for 499. Stripped-down version 399 or lower depending on xbox. They'll lose money on the stripped-down version but they can write it off as needed to avoid losing to micro on price.

499 will sell fine since consumers have been hit with 1000 phones and havent balked, so they have been conditioned.

@Barighm: It was called "Open worlds" which is word crafting. Cause once you get to the world, you can explore. Its marketing BS to confuse. I'm more upset about how poorly the worlds were created. If you stand back each world is really just a poorly disguised Mario type level. At no point did I ever come close to being lost in the game, it was always apparent you are playing a video game. Should of just called it Shameless in Space.

I wanted to play a real open-world jedi game instead I get a game where your the red head kid from the show Shameless, and at no time was the world convincing at all. Every "world" looked like some poorly disguised Mario level with it nonsense jumping and climbing features.

Side kicks were well done, but little else IMHO.

I like his earlier stuff, but his most recent stuff is meh. Orville isnt anything special, his singing is definitely nothing special, his is acting is meh. He seems like a nice guy and I wish him the best, but even the best can be pulled too thin. The world needs to laugh so I hope he gets back to his first few seasons of family guy self when he really was something different and funny.

This is bullshit. Console margins are razor thin. Retailers do not make money on new consoles. You hope to sell a new console with the hope that the consumer will come back to you to buy their games for it. So no, Im not buying that consoles are causing any type of revenue issue. At this point, the only money to be made in Video Game retailing is in used games. margins are good there.

That being said, Gamestop is Blockbuster. They are living on borrowed time.

E3 is a relict left over from the pre-internet age. E3 was created so buyers, sellers, and game magazines could go to one place and see what was in store for the coming year. In 2020 E3 makes no real sense for anyone. There is no reason to compete and worry about getting heard above all the noise. Sony can broadcast right to our homes now whenever they wish, there is no need for any middlemen.

If anything E3 needs to pivot and focus on the smaller indies and smaller companies that dont have name recognition yet and still need some help getting the word out. The big names dont need E3 at all.
