A lot of people here aren't very bright. FF XI was a widly successful MMO so FFXIV being an MMO isn't unheard of.A lot of MMOs are bad at launch. FFXIV was worse than others, but give them a chance to fix it.
The series is going to be "done for" if they keep releasing crap like XIII and XIV.A VII remake would astronomically boost Playstation sales. In terms of topping VII; it will never happen, not now. SquareEnix is not even close to what SquareSoft once was.
@andrewwittmaier Eh, Syphon Filter 3 was delayed because of 9/11. Other reasons do exist but are rare.

It was a "big success" that cost them immeasurable fan loyalty, even if Slant Six did make it, it bared the RE title.
I couldn't wait for the game to end, honestly. I felt burnt out from the series as ME3 did not invoke the interest as 1 and 2 did.Once it ended, I forgot about it in the next 5 minutes. I don't understand the uproar, honestly.
RE:ORC ended my status as a Resident Evil fanboy. I'll be skipping the midnight release of 6 and will be waiting for reviews.
@Venom_Raptor Each campaign is supposedly as long as Resident Evil 5's. I don't think this will be a problem.
