I was curious about the Advent Children film, but I have never played Final Fantasy VII. I understand that there must be lots of references to the game, but should I have played the game in order to understand the film?Inglorion

There's nothing physically barring you from playing MGS4, unless you lack a PS3 and atelevision with, at least, some AV jacks,without having played the previous titles, but it's not something I'd recommend, what with the whole convoluted back story and all.

i wish they would change the fact that snake can carry a thousand guns and grenades and items, its extremely unrealistic and is very annoying,

i love the game and the direction it took with the warzone and new controls, it great but that one thing is getting old!

i want him to carry a couple guns and grenades and a couple items and show it on him, this isnt oldschool gaming this is next gen. the weapons should be giving to him when he needs them and then taken away when he doesnt and somehow involve it in the story!

were does he keep all this crap, i mean he carry a barrel with him all the time! why not when he sees one he can use it, that it!
