I play video games, I respect publishers for bringing good games to the table, I respect that they are trying new ideas, even though they don't always work out like in the case of DMC2, but they are trying.
For everyone complaining about the game "changing" from 1-6, have you ever played parts 1-Code Veronica? The controls were horrible. The times have changed, the game has evolved, I for one am happy that I can now finally move and shoot at the same time. No more dogs jumping out at me from around a corner i can't see, no more zombies attacking me from off screen. Also, this story has been going on for years, so the world is more of a war zone than a spooky mansion now. So I for one will go in blasting away at zombies, mutants, or monsters in October.
