I got Vista, i got russian keyboard (ASUS) with default language english i don't have, E-home and i shall try to find those lines in the script

when i press the tilde button in Elder Scrolls IV and in fallout 3 the console doesn't come up! can some1 help me plz!!!!

i have this weird glitch in bully scholarship ed. after i go to the headmasters office at the very begginig of the game and watch the clip, it starts loading and never ends! it keeps on loading 4ever! can some1 help me getting rid of this glitch plz! apparently its a really cool game!
