@heydink: Well we already have a 9 teraflop gpu :). But 6 teraflops is really good, and if the price is right the scorpio could be a great value for 4k/1080p+ gaming.

Haven't seen the console wars this bad since 2012. Misinformation, speculation, accusations of lying, fanboys everywhere.

Looking forward to this, and as a hardware enthusiast I will have hours of content to read. 4.5x is enough that you can take a 1080p or even maybe a 900p games and kick it up to 4k. But most devs will probably go with 1080p,1440p,1620p, 1800p, etc. and increase settings and maybe frame rates. Lots of options.

@battlestreak: 2k is actually 1440p to dome, although it really should be 2.5k

@wtf_damn: Probably 4096 bit with HBM actually haha. ~3x the bandwidth in theory. I think that will be an inch away from 4k60

This year definitely seems like a mid generation year. NX, PS4k, VR, and a major jump in PC GPUs to 16nm are all big deals.

Being playing with just the season 1 characters since launch, and I have had a blast. Matchmaking is slow sometimes, but its a great game, and now I can enjoy it on PC.

Evryone should just go to eurogamer for their great tech analysis and stop encouraging the constant repost articles here
