Well all-in-all usually it means for higher clock rates and frequency.

Looks like a 965 chipset board, take your processor back if you can and replace it with a e6300.

Take into consideration any older hardware that you have, printers, cameras etc. they might not install with vista.

If you have older printers, camera software, webcam whatever, they might not install on vista. So take that into consideration.

Catalyst Centre might work, never heard of laptop cards overclocking well though, the heat and etc. being the main factors.

Yeah, I've changed that to a 550W Antec True Power.
Does anybody else think there will be any major price drops between now and August?

Get a higher wattage PSU. Rest looks fine.

SP/DIF is Sony Phillips Digital Interface, its used for audio, coaxial not sure but i think its for audio as well.
