@bingo116: It is mainly because it was Alpha footage from 2013 running on PC dev kits. It is what they wanted it to look like but they cannot always keep it looking as good as first previewed because of optimization problems.

@derceto: Denuvo has had versions of it cracked. It will eventually be cracked as well sometime if someone wants to crack it bad enough and has the time and smarts.
