Negativity is a symptom of being aware of your own shortcoming. Call of Duty is an excellent franchise. The army of people who only play Call Of Duty are, after 6 versions or so, facing the fact that they are only good at one thing: Call of Duty.Labelling it the greatest game ever can help, but in the end you are doing the same thing day in day out.

Go find something else to play, when you come backyou will feelway better.

I have not seen a 3D TV. I have no idea if it is good or not. When they say to me "Put on these glasses" and I say "Now I must have this TV because of how much better everything is on it", that's when I START deciding if I want one or not.

Otherwise I might as well be contemplating a flying car. Sounds great. But who knows?

Looking over my collection Bioshock leaps out as one of the best. COD4 was nothing to sneeze at either. As for oldschool, FFVII still makes me tingle everytime I hear the music let alone watch the train barrel into Midgar. NHL98 is by far the greatest game opening of all time though. If you haven't watched that intro movie you should. It's uber. Uber leet.

How would I know it was coming out then? Flyer from Best Buy?

Resident Evil 7 (I know). God Of War III, Tomb Raider the Chest of the Two Treasures (working title), and every fighting game that comes out because I love them so.

My first and only is in Burnout Paradise, but I am looking forward to Uncharted now. I didn't even think about the trophies!

The great thing about trophies is that they suggest things for you to do in the game that you might not have thought of doing. A trophy list presents a series of challenges in a game that are outside the normal accomplishments (plus the usual Level One, Level 2) stuff. They add a lot of value to the game.

Speaking of long franchises,

Other than FFXIII, what other franchises have broken the 10 sequels record?

I would guess Mario if you counted.. anything else available to the PS3 that has that kind of library?

I think LBP is a great rep right now. Uncharted and MGS are fantastic games mind you, but as far as PS3's vibe? Yeah Sackboy party!

If you love it, you are all set. Ratchet and Clank is very arcade like and accessable. You don't need to play the other ones to dig it.

I had a couple for PS2 and they are very similar games, but TOD is definitely way ahead quality wise. It's amazing.
