@R34Vegeta: It's also on the windows store and part of gamepass which is the cheapest way to play it.

I was interested in this weapon as a way, I had hoped, to store junk, but the junk still weighs you down the same if it's in the gun or not. Which makes the gun pointless since junk weighs a lot more than bullets so you can never have much ammo (junk) for the junk gun.

FYI I also tried handing off the junk gun to a companion to see how the companion would consider the weight and it gave the gun to the companion but transferred the junk (in the gun) to me.

Funny video, great seeing the junk attacking those raiders.

@Damazig: I agree, but I'm still happy that I can find so many varied reviews. I appreciate that I can usually count on Gamespot to have a review of a game even if it's a less mainstream indie game. A few years ago they only reviewed top console games, now they have much more diverse coverage including way more pc games than in the past. I've been surprised several times this past year that they had a review for a pc game I didn't expect them to even know about.

Well this may be one of the rare times when it made sense to get the game out the door versus spending more time/budget on it.

@domxnik Yep, that's probably how they can pay for this. Let's hope this prevents another mess like SimCity though. Imagine if a game actually had to work on launch day.

@Oozyrat @crix01 Ya it's like a free unlimited Redbox from home. Surely they limit the number of returns. If not it's indeed the best way to get to try a game.

Heck I didn't pre-order Saint's Row IV cause I'm just not sure if I want more Saint's Row 3 just yet, but if I could play it for a few hours and see then there's a good chance I'd keep the game, versus where it is now I'll be waiting to get it on sale half price or something, so there's a chance this could actually spur sales.

Heck Origin probably gets hurt so much by just not being Steam that this may cause a big increase in sales and once people see it's not so different may convert. Can't count the number of forum bitches from pissed off consumers on Steam about so many games even games others like it just takes 1 odd pc config for it to not work.

Wonder when this policy begins.

Wow, Origin is looking way up. Really respect this decision, will have to start considering them strongly.

@Jedilink109 It's mind boggling isn't it? A company with tons of skilled employees. Instead (likely) some unpaid enthusiast will give us a driver first. Amazing how inefficient big corporations tend to be.

@LordSashev @Unfallen_Satan No, anyone can program a driver. Download MS Driver SDK and get your Visual Studio C++ and go to town. Hardware vendor just has to have desire to have someone develop driver for Windows and apparently Sony doesn't have that desire - seems odd to me as I'd bet they would sell plenty of controllers to pc users, course then you also have to get game developers on board (at least for games that don't support button mapping in game). I'd imagine it would be worth the effort for Sony with the gain in controller sales, but maybe they dislike MS too much to consider it.
