@skot_free: It's funny. Since the start of the next gen console fanboy wars, image quality was everything according to PS4 owners. Those extra pixels that appeared more often as 1080p games on PS4 seemed to mean everything. Now, when Xbox offers true 4k playback vs semi-quasi-nearly-extremely compressed 4k through streaming, it appears that the latter is "Way better than purchasing the disc". Go figure.
@joshrmeyer: Seriously, a lot of people. Definitely more people than demand kb/m support on a console. Most music in Japan sells on CD - Sony's home turf. I stream music too of course, but when I spend serious money on sound equipment I would like the option to hear it on a CD especially as the PS4 just needs the drive enabling. PS4 pro doesn't support 4k BluRay either, but if it did I would have upgraded my vanilla PS4 instead of going for an Xbox One S because it is the best way currently on the market to get the best picture quality.
@ipsofact0: Oh they both have decent games. Grow up. I'd miss not playing Ori, Max and the brotherhood, Halo, Sunset, Dead Rising, Gears etc as much as I'd miss playing Uncharted, TLOU and Bloodborne. Which is why I have both consoles.
@dudebropartyyo: Why on earth would you need to remove the internal drive of an Xbox, when simply plugging an HDD in would mean more storage at a faster rate? There's no argument here .... Sony's implementation of adding storage was comparitively poor, even if it was relatively simple to change the HDD. You still had to install the OS, and if you wanted to use your game on a friend's console, it's just so much simpler to take the USB drive on the Xbox - no screwdrivers, no installing an OS. As a PS4 owner, I'm happy that it will finally (God knows when) get external HDD support.
@sellingthings: You can't hack an Xbox One. Here's a 52 page thread dating back to when it was launched and there are no cracks. Definitely not online.
All multiplayer is completely server based, if a "hacker" wanted to change a games coding to enable him to Simply aim in to immediatly kill an enemy, that person would have to go to Microsft's Server rooms probably somewhere underground and infest the completely specific server dedicated to the game, THEN that person must know which server he plays on. So basically it is impossible to do hack xbox one.
