For those with a gamespot free membership. It says that you are able to track your own collection. Is there a limit to how many of your games you can track before you have to become a subscriber? I have over 600 games in my collection. Thank you - Clay

Under the benefits of subscribing to Gamespot, it lists that game tracking is part of the free subscription. Does this include keeping track of your own collection? Is there a limited amount of games you can list that you own if you are only a free subscriber? Thank you!

I have heard a lot of good things about 1984 and Day. I will look into both of those. Thank you!

I just read I am Legend for the first time. Without a doubt it is a fantastic read. The entire book built it's way to the end and the last few lines were fantastic! Obviously hollywood has not read this book all the way through to the end to truly understand what the title itself means.

I am now very much looking for another fantastic read that will bring about similiar feelings of enjoyment. I would like something similar if possible, but if not, something that is truly fantastic. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you - Clay

GameSpot reviewer fired over negative Kane & Lynch review?

The game sites have been swirling with news and speculation about the firing of James Gerstmann, a 10-year veteran reviewer at GameSpot, one of the biggest sites covering the video game industry. I haven't been able to sort through any of the facts. The basic allegation is that Gerstmann was fired for writing a negative review with snide comments about Eidos' Kane & Lynch video game, which is getting an average review rating of about 69 percent on http://www.gamerankings.com/.

There are several posts on the topic at http://www.gamepolitics.com/.For now, I am just reportingsomething that is catching buzz out on the street. I don't know any of the facts myself and so I can't weigh in with an opinion just yet. GameSpot itself doesn't seem to have weighed in with any report on its own site.

I have been with Gamespot since 2000. I have always been a top subscriber. Thanks to Cnet & Eidos, Gamespot no longer has integrity in the eyes of those who play games and visited the site foran informed reviews. Jeff Gertsmann gave us an honest review of Kane & Lynch and was fired because those that run Cnet have no integrity. Cnet & Eidos cannot say that Jeff was fired for other reasons. The fact that the Kane & Lynch written review was altered and the video review was removed is proof enough. There is far to much smoke to the fire for it to be otherwise.

Reviews from Gamespot can never be trusted again. I am sorry to those reviewers who stay behind at Gamespot. Your reviews will never hold any weight on a choice I make again in purchasing a game. The only way for you to regain dignity for your future reviews is to leave Gamespot & find work elsewhere. Or for Gamespot to tell Eidos to take there money and walk, rehire Jeff (if he would be willing to comeback) and make a public apology.

I will no longer support Eidos games. Eidos buys reviews and ruins the lives of those who do not give phony scores to their games. Eidos, make a good game and you will get good reviews. You got the scores that you deserved. Your review scores are your own doing. I purchased Tomb Raider Anniversary. I have not opened it yet and will be returning it. I will no longer support your Hitman series either.

Cnet, you have just proven to a huge number of your loyal subscribers that your site is not credible in the world of video game reviews. I am sure the message is beginning to come through loud and clear. I hope that you lose as much in subscription fees and ad revenue from a lack of individuals returning to your site to feed your ad providers enough traffic to support what you charge.

Congratulations to Cnet & Eidos you caused the industry to look less credible today.
