I guess the best time for a new build is towards the middle of consoles' life cycle.Does anybody know if the next gen graphics card (HD8000s, GTX700s or whatever) are going to be much more powerful than the current ones? I can't decide whether to wait for a while or build one right now, especially given that the next gen consoles are going to come out soon. I was planning to get an HD7970 and i7 3770k but then I thought maybe the gap between this and the PS4 probably isn't large enough to justify the price.
