Depends on what you want in a game. Splinter cell is fun, good online. Saints row is alright, pretty easy. King Kong and Hitman can be beat in no time at all with very little replay value. I have all 4 and still only play Splinter Cell online. All the rest just sit there collecting dust.
Mine started doing that about a month or 2 ago. Now it died about a week ago. No red lights nothing. I got a bunch of green glow(?) in all the dark areas in RB6:V. It was like that in the guide also. Then the picture just went altogether. Don't know, sent it in to see.  No answer yet.
I got charters 10 meg sevice and I hardly ever get any lag. Only when I get into a bad host connection. Even then it still isnt really that noticeable.
My system died last week and all I had to sent was the bare system. No faceplate, harddrive or connections. I don't know about when you sent it to Ontario though. Mine was sent to Texas. Just call MS customer service line and they will tell you exactly what you need (or not to) send.
