@jjleshko90 People like you are exactly what is wrong with the internet. Your entire post is about slagging off Jess, there is not one mention of any game or news article covered in this program.

To be critical of a person because of any distinguishing detail that relates to where they are from is tantamount to pure racism. Then to basically say " you have no talent but make good eye candy" is an extremely sexist thing to write.

Jjleshko you are pure slime and I sincerely hope that you are sterile so you can not infect the world with your obviously retarded and poisonous genes.

@prats93 Not really, I have never put any real money into this game and still have a great collection of cards. However it can be a long slog sometimes getting the 150 gold for the arena and as long as you get to around 5-3 or 6-3 you will pretty much get enough gold to go again.

Arena is by far the best mode of play, you first get to choose between 3 heroes then you get to choose 30 random cards to build a deck with (they come in sets of three which you pick one from and then another three appear etc) these choices are made up from EVERY single class based card in the game and every single neutral class card in the game, so if you are (un)lucky enough it is possible, in theory, to make a complete deck of legendary cards for an arena run, but this is not likely to happen in arena mode.

One of the best players of this game is a chap who goes by the name of Trump and as far as I'm aware he has never spent money on this game but still has every card for it.

For those of you who haven't tried it and like CTCG I absolutely recommend giving this a go. For some decent games to watch I would suggest youtubing TotalBiscuits' "Lord of the Arena" and "Lord of the Legendaries" video's they are quite entertaining.

@Mule007 why are you trying to start a console flame war? If you are bored go play Titanfall and stop trying to stir the s***.

Both Consoles have things that the other doesn't and in a perfect world alot of us would own both but the simple fact is they are expensive (unless you either live on your own or have well off parents who spoil you rotten).

I would have loved to have bought both previous consoles, Xbox360 for Red Dead Redemption and PS3 for the Last Of Us, but in my opinion it was not worth selling my PC to do so.

@Mule007 who said I haven't played it ?? Assumption is the mother of all f*** ups.

I have played both the beta and the final version, which the latter convinced me that it wasn't worth the asking price. Origin are selling this MP only game for £45 in the UK (it is a little cheaper else where), I have never paid that sort of money for any game or collection, even the orange box which had 5 great titles in it wasn't that much (HL2,HL2:EP1,HL2:EP2,Portal,TF2).

I never said it was a bad game either just over priced, infact it is a very good game and one that the genre desperately needed to breath new life into the stagnating mess it has become. But if you believe that paying over the odds for a "half game" is ok then you are part of the problem and by saying this is OK you will open up the flood gates for every single publisher to release less content for more money (as I said previously) and give you the complete game via expensive DLC.

Please don't accuse me of being ignorant as I have been gaming since the very late 70's which is longer than most people on this site have been alive for.

Also the above comment is purely MY opinion, in the same way that every post on here is the respective authors opinion.

it's a good multiplayer experience but for the price they are asking it needs to have a SP campaign and a few more features, or they just drop the price. I really don't like MP only titles, I like to have the choice of whether or not to play with others online or just have a quiet game on my own.

I mean would you pay £40/$60 for CS:GO,Unreal,Quake Arena or TF2 ? Even though you can play offline with bots on some MP only titles they are not worth AAA asking prices.

And the worst thing is people are willing to spend stupid amounts of money for "half games" so the publishers will charge even more money for even less product in the future. I know for a fact that if they dropped the price a little they would have sold more copies and made more money, and in doing so create a brilliant market strategy and a happy consumer base.......if only someone could do that.

Again it appears that Valve/Steam are still leading the way.

The original Thief games were good but that was 15 years ago. This is a reboot ergo some of the basic parts of the game will have been replaced/updated in keeping with this generations trends, If people wanted a game like Deadly shadows then that game would still be on the best sellers list.

It's like the Tomb Raider reboot, things had to change a little as the core gameplay became stale, but the recent addition to the franchise breathed new life into a great series of games allowing some of the people who missed them first time around to get a hold of them and see why the rest of us liked those games so much.

I think trying to compare this to the original Thief is impossible at best, pointless at worst. This is a good game and you should give it a try at some time.
