But you don't starve one out of three kids and claim to love them all equally.

It's just like Square-Enix withholding Dragon Quest games from American Nintendo systems claiming that DQ isn't popular enough in the west yet continuing to release them all on American PS4. Pure hypocritical bull.

And people thought the Chris Pine Star Trek movies were an affront to Gene Roddenberry's vision...

On the other hand, if making Star Trek loud, obnoxious and riddled with referential humor can't sell the brand to the low foreheads, nothing will.

All I can say is "Touché, WB".

Granted, Warner Brothers is a studio run by old codgers who are so behind the times that they probably aren't as phased by loose jokes about pedophilia as, say, a studio like Disney. Who is so hell-bent on maintaining it's wholesome, family-friendly facade masking decades of actual sexual abuse imposed on multiple child stars.

But it's a definite "middle finger" gesture towards Disney, and it's pretty damn funny. I only hope that Gunn can work the same magic on Suicide Squad that he did on Guardians. Because, let's face it, DC needs his talents far more than Marvel does.

How about we just scrap all non-Deadpool X-Men movies and just start over with the MCU.

A whole new cast, classic comic inspired costumes, and less Magneto, Mystique and Jean Grey.

In fact, less Wolverine would be nice too. Dial back his screen time, but make the most of what you give him.
