Great game but it leaves a funny feeling in me. I adore going about gathering clues, following leads, interrogating witnesses, all that. What I don't like, but can't say anything against, is how the game handles your failure. It isn't afraid to let you screw yourself over. I just sent a guy to death row for a crime I have no evidence he comitted, solely because he didn't have any evidence he didn't commit it either. The police chief got pissed, the case notes mentioned his now orphaned daughter, and I'm left sitting in my chair wondering if it really was him. There was another suspect, and a child molester at that. It was slightly less possible for him to have been the killer, but it was still a possibility. And it would have been a great thing to have him gone, but the evidence against the first man was stronger, and now that I think about it I was getting annoyed I couldn't read him well enough to do well in interviews with him.

You see that up there? That is more thought than I've put into some entire games. This is why I love this game.

If you modded your console, your an idiot and there was probably some sort of countermeasure in this last update to detect that kind of thing. You never know.

If you didn't mod your console, contact Xbox support. They've got stuff on their end to find out if the update broke your xbox and if it did they'll give you a new 250GB Xbox slim free.

Apparently MS is playing around with their own disc format to pull about 1GB more storage out of it rather than using Blu-Ray. If they're going to do something like changing their disc drive entirely, they'll probably wait for their next console

There was one for killing an opponent in Monday Night Combat while they were in a particular menu. A menu people only ever access while they are in their spawn point. Their spawn point you will never get into because the game won't allow that. Good luck with that.

Almost everyone still playing Halo 3 will wind up being "That Guy". You know, that guy who eats, sleeps, and breathes (Insert Video Game Here) and will steamroll over any competition with a skill honed over months, maybe years of experience you don't have until you either learn from every single thing he does, thus making you into another one of "That Guy", or you ragequit.

I've ragequit Halo 3, Smash Brothers, CoD4, and Unreal Tournament 2004 because of "That Guy".

Buy Reach, then rent 3 and decide if you like it. If you do, buy it when you have a spare ten bucks.

Hey all. I'm having a problem with the lists. When I remove a game from any of my lists, it sometimes works properly. Sometimes the game will stay, and remove the possibility of removal. I've got easily half the games on my following list and more than a handful on my wishlist that I don't need or want there.

AC2

This is AC2 on my following list, which I tried to delete when I added Brotherhood to the list. This is what I'm talking about.

a

Now this works fine and I actually managed to delete a few games properly just now (had 2 versions of Arkham City on my wishlist, removed the PS3 version and it worked). I wouldn't mind going through and deleting the ones I don't want again, but I can't because the delete option won't appear on some games.

Anyone got an idea what's causing this? How to fix this?

I can still find matches on Bioshock 2, but I haven't tried in a month or two. Not since I picked up Reach anyway. I don't have a clue about Perfect Dark or L4D2 though.

If your going to buy it, get the Ultimate Platinum Hits disc. It's 30 bucks, comes with all the DLC, and includes new stuff from the show Top Gear. There's tons of stuff to the point that you won't see it all in the 9 months, but you don't need to honestly. You'll go through the career mode in a few months so maybe it'd be worth it. For 30 bucks I'd say go for it. Hell I'll prolly pick it up.

My vote is D) Bad Company 2

okay fine, I'll be serious and choose Resurgence. Stimulus only really has two good maps (Salvage and Crash) and if I wanted to play Crash I'd put CoD4 in.

Keep in mind I left MW2 shortly before Resurgence released so I have only secondhand opinions to back up that Resurgence is any better

I'm assuming by "your avatar" you mean your gamertag on XBL? Your avatar is one of the things tied to the gamertag, along with saves, achievements, etc. To get this back from your friend you'll need to make sure your console is updated, then just copy the gamertag from his xbox to yours, probably through a flash drive. It's not terribly complicated and you can use just any old flash drive for this, you don't have to buy the xbox one that is shown in the link. Or you can just connect to live and recover your gamertag. That will be the quickest way, but if you needed to borrow your friends hard drive you'll need something to store it on, which is where the flash drive comes in.
