i have the h350 and it disconnects all the time it seems. And in rainbow six vegas there isnt a menu to reconnect so i gotta exit thegame. then go to bluetooth menu and reconnect then start game backup and then if it disconnects again redo that whole thing.

very frustrating

Which is better. Ive heard that bluetooth headset makes noise a lot of times when playing games so its better to get a usb headset. is this true?

Also i have had several instances of my bluetooth piece disconnecting while playing a game. then i have to go exit game to reconnect the headset this is very frustrating.

Yes, but only if they take advantage of the system's strengths.XaosII

I agree with XaosII. If a company is going to make a game multiplat for the obvious reason of making a bigger profit margin, they atleast need to not be lazy and just make the games playable. They need to actually take advantage of each system to where one system doesn't dominate and another system runs like crap.

Ok instead of me making a new thread i have a question. When you send in your ps3 and get a new one or get a new one or whatever all the saved game data that you already have on the ps3 is gone right? There is no way to get all your saved data back?Blitz_Nemesis

That is correct. Part of the instructions that came with the box that told me everything i had to do to ship the package also said "back up all your saves on a memory stick or usb flash drive"

[QUOTE="Caduceus06"]

[QUOTE="BeErBOnG29"]..So you're happy and in love with Sony because they are giving you a refurbished PS3? vitz3

Well, at least it isn't his 9th 360 ;)

You mean 9th NEW broken 360. I mean come on! I'm on my second 360 already. I've never had either a broken Nintendo or Sony product.

Also I agree with the TC in response to the customer service department at Sony. They knowledgable, friendly and empathetic. The best part of all is that you can actually understand them! They kept their tech support on-shore! No more calls to India!

I agree I love Sony. I'm sure my PS3 will last me 5 years or more. My launch PS2 and PSP are still alive and kickin.

Heh thats something i forgot to mention. The customer support is in America and that makes a HUGE difference. I know most of you can agree on how frustrating customer service from other countries can be when you have to repeat yourself 10 times or ask the service person to repeat themselves 10 times.

I am happy with Sony because of several things

1- calling sunday evening and reaching customer service of a company is unheard of.

2-recieving a box to ship the product back to the company via Next Day Air is unheard of.

3-having a turn around time of them recieving the product and shipping you a workingproduct all in the same day is unheard of.

Who cares if its refurbished or new its going to be good quality, though i would bet theres achance its going to be new because unlike microsoft, Sony doesn't have a 70% failure rate on their consoles.

The reason for my post is because i have never experienced customer service this good before for a product that doesnt even cost 1000 dollars. Even cars that have warranty problems usually are lot more frustrating to get fixed.

So a few weeks ago my ps3 started acting up and freezing like crazy, so i figured hey why not call Sony and see if they can help me troubleshoot it.

I called them last Sunday 15Jul07 at 6pm in the evening and guess what. Someone answered within 5 minutes of me calling!

After i told them my problem they said ok well go ahead and give you a new or refurbished ps3 free of charge. You will be recieving a package via ups to ship the ps3 in.

Friday Evening the box arrived at my doorstep. 20Jul 07.

The box came with a stamp prepaid for.... get this Next day air!

I went to ups saturday afternoon to ship the ps3 to Laredo TX where they fix/replace the systems i guess. Im from florida so i thought it was a bit far to ship. The ups guys said it would cost close to 100 dollars to ship the ps3 if i did it myself. sweet deal

So i check the tracking and with sunday shipping and stuff the ps3 didnt arrive at the sony location until this morning 23Jul07. I thought to myself ok I guess this will take another week or so to get the ps3 back. Especially since the PS3 help person on the phone said 7 to 10 business days i should expect to get my ps3 back after they recieve mine.

So i check my email this evening 23JUL07 same day as the ps3 arrived at Sony factory, and get this They are already shipping out a PS3 back to me via 3 day shipping!!

I cant believe the quality of service i have seen this week from Sony. I did not expect anything like this from a company that sells a game console.

I am a happy Sony Fan
