@Fallenlords69: You obviously aren't familiar with Naughty Dog's development process. The directors at Naughty Dog are dictators. They oversee EVERYTHING. Amg Hennig was infamous for being meticulous and looking at every aspect of Uncharted 1-3's development. It's part of the reason she was forced out, because she was a control freak. He had to fill that void, and the pressure and expectations on such a short time frame were just too much for him. I don't blame him for leaving. The game should have been delayed.
@sakaixx: Of course Amy Hennig leaving threw everything into chaos. Naughty Dog was dumb to not delay the game after she was gone. They forced this guy out.
Good for him. It was ridiculous for Naughty Dog to put those kinds of expectations on him after Amy Hennig left halfway through Uncharted 4's development. Whenever work begins to affect your health and mental state, it's time to change careers.
The EA Star Wars games shouldn't even be on the list. Sure, Visceral's game was delayed indefinitely and we don't know what's going on with Respawn's Star Wars game. But they are more likely to release than most of the games on this list.
FFVII Remake won't release until after KHIII, because Nomura is terrible at multitasking. Not to mention, he has a history of being slow. Just look at "Versus 13." Why do you think it was in development for a decade?
I couldn't care less about anything else on this list. Fable should be on it, although rumor has it Playground Games is working on the next Fable open world RPG. That's a series that has been in Limbo since Lionhead was shuttered and Fable Legends was canceled.
@specioustruth: Steam is far more profitable than Half-Life could ever be. This is simple economics. Valve doesn't care about game development anymore.
