@sgt_F79 Are the updates now standard in every box? I am thinking of picking one up soon but if I have to wait an eternity to download updates I pass for now.

@bledsoe45sbc @painpas That is my fear especially from a dev like Bethesda with FF like franchise now with the Elder Scrolls series. I know I will be selective on the games I buy and what platforms I will support that I know for sure and Xbox is below the Wii U in appeal RIGHT NOW! Things can change with more info BUT I suspect all our fears are spot on. MS never cared about gaming really they just want the living room and Apple like success with an actual product instead of software because in all honesty you don't need any OS past XP on PC.

@bledsoe45sbc @painpas You might be right in a sense but that is only one game and not all games are the same and some games like MMOs need and internet connection so...... if it is game specific and I have a choice to opt in I am cool with that.

@Super_Tramp However we have to put that pic in perspective they are friends as well and former colleagues. Cerny developed Sonic 2 so..... Yeah this could be scary good or just catching up BUT some business was probably discussed..... we'll see at E3 or TGS latest.

Lets process something though midst all of this madness. Naughty Dog and Bungie are making games for the PS4. After watching Destiny trailer again.... Xbox is in trouble for a different reason from just a basic gaming perspective. How can you overcome that combo of first class devs on one console? Bungie may not make game exclusively for the PS4 but as a gamer..... Wow! I don't think MS will be ready for E3 no matter how strong the Rare nostalgia draw is.

@cf_Kage Stop thinking about yourself ALONE. Everyone else is not you. Is it so hard to see regardless of my situation someone's could be worse? Gaming was never segregated or relegated to first world countries before. Why are we so selfish and happy that companies love money so much to alienate some game lovers. That is why we have gaming machines to game. MS is the worst thing that happened to the gaming industry save for Live and achievements.

@codac They my FAVORITES. I don't agree with them all the time but they are two of my favorites.
