I will say this. I doubt some of you have a PS3 and a 360. The truth is that you have to look at the games and decide what you want play. 2007 seemed to be the 360s year and now were down to crackdown and Halo3 as the only true exclusives. Look you have to wake up sometimes and admit that for all the 360 had going for it M$ failed to seal the deal. The WII just blew past it and the PS3 is poised to do the same. Look I was a diehard 360 fan at first. I wanted to justify my purchase. My 360 went down after 8 months and I bought all the overhyped games that I did not play after a while PGR, Forza, Halo 3, ME, Gears 1......etc. The games are not original live arcade is great in a sense I was happy until I found less games on the PS3 but they had quality like Warhawk, flow, Mortal 2 and Tekken. I was left confused I'll take built in wifi and bluray as well and no problems with the system. Exclusive wise I mean real exclusives Sony has 360 beat. Multiplats are not bad at all and don't let these editors playup all these flaws from older ports that you will not see. Plus in honesty if were just talking graphics and not limiting it to multiplat ports which are generally better on the 360. The PS3 has the best graphics this gen. I was suprised at all the gears talk when I saw uncharted and even Ratchet. I was like Gears is not smooth as uncharted and the characters look like the have clothes on and not a suit attached to their skin and stuff just really clean presentation in Uncharted. Gears looked like it was trying too hard to be good graphics by giving what appear to be immense detail but looks over used visual tricks. I like the overall PS3 lineup it covers all genres with great games except RPGs where the xbox really is the only system with next gen RPGs which is sad because they had to have paid for them its just really odd to see a tales game or star ocean game on the platform. Kudos to M$ for getting them there. Tales will come out on the PS3 so no worries. M$ has used there money to win me over giving us SOTN that was at a time a PS1 exclusive and TURTLES arcade and stuff. I can play SOTN original on the PS3 or PSP if I want and Streets of Rage2 and all that Sega games that they lure you with I was alittle annoyed. Taking Nintendos stray devs didn't pan out as well as expected. GTA4 same thing. All there money has got them is second place. I will tell you that I am glad that I have both systems and don't really have to miss out but as a older gamer I could definitely live without yes my 360. I have lost confidence and need it renewed. Live is overated and overpriced. PSN for a free service is great. ITS free. ME2 is the last game that I am sure will be great the rest I can't get excited about. Another halo game or expansion some say? OH I'm at the edge of my seat **rolls eyes**!!!!!!!!!
It's one of those games that you'll like to play later on like MM Powered up. I love the game because I don't play it everyday just for a long time every other week or when I fell like playing some levels online. Always brings a smile on my face. I don't play games to death anymore. Well on second thought SF 2 HD remix will be played to death and I'll never be done with that one. But do what you want as usual.
No. Send a downloadable update to everyone so that they can get B/C on all consoles out there. I have a 60gig so I can say that I love the fact that any game for the PS2 I can play on the PS3 and in most cases the games are enhanced to a good degree because of the smoothing and resolution upgrade. Say no to this and complain for an emulator patch you'll be better off and besides if they do that they will have to provide some sort of emulator for the PS2 and they must have one for the 80gigs without PS2 processors. Think about it!
It's very well put together however there is not much to do I'll return because there is something very good about everyone being in the same place playing pool etc hopefully the theatre will have real movies to watch on some nights or something. It could end up being a very useful in garnering a community and doing different things together you can play some games like echrome and Ice breakers in the arcade and pool and bowling work well other than that there is nothing to see but lots of potential I think that they are just waiting to unvail much more sooner rather than later I hope and they need more customizable parts for the avatars from the get go but this trumps both 360 and nintendo easily.
Use the DVI to HDMI for monitors not the HDMI cable for the visuals it will look stunning trust me. Its a monitor but built mostly for DVI and VGA so use DVI to HDMI trust me. Hope this helps.
Cod5 and Far cry2 are coming out this holiday aswell?????? What are trying to do to our wallets? I thought that far cry 2 was due out next year. This is too much gaming goodness. I'm gonna cry!!!!!
