Look. The PS3 is the better deal in general. Now that it is 299, it is even more of a better deal. You get a hell of a lot with it. Reliability, Bluray, Free online, WiFi and the fantastic games that are out now and several titles coming out in the coming months. And I think you have underestimated the sales of the PS3. PS3 has sold pretty damn well considering a delayed launch in North America and a double delayed launch in Europe, and of course the higher price etc. (Compared to 360 sales). Its pretty clear people want the PS3. With a lower price and the buzz of the PS3 slim, I think that it will sell well and hold its own against the 360.

But MS knows that it is most known for the ps3. It is a sad attempt at advertising. The issue isn;t whether they are ripping anybody off, it is that they use something that when you hear it, you immediately think "little big planet".
No...when you hear it you automatically think "LBP." I'm guessing Microsoft knew the song was mostly known for LBP the first time they heard it too? The song existed well before LBP. You guys just think its known for LBP because it was your first time hearing it. The point shouldnt be about Microsoft taking the song. It should be "why the hell would they want this song?". It is just so weird to take a theme that has become known for one particlar game to a lot of people. A game that is competing with them.
Is this really an official 360 commercial? Its really stupid to use music that is so connected with your competitors product. I wouldn't call it copying because it is not LBP music rather music that LBP used. It is just very dumb.
When my 60Gb broke in January I got a refurbished 80Gb model for free within two weeks, even though my warranty had actually expired. They must have changed their policies. (I am in the UK)
