@bubba_666: Why have you sent 3 Xbox One X consoles back to the store?

This my friends is why you can keep lying to yourself about console gaming even being in the same league as the PC! It’s not and it never will be!

@Kezzy123: You’re right! If they were good at balancing the game to begin with, we wouldn’t constantly read about how they’re nerfing another character and yet here we are... They’re literally changing the character they changed 4 months ago!!! Why? Because the others that replied to you are clueless as to what that really says about the devs of this game.

@Hagan: Yes, introduce a character that can shatter genji’s Defenses and open him up for attacks by others. D.Va used to be pretty good at dealing with Genji, she’s not anymore =(.

@feleas: Diablo? They didn’t nerf characters in the original diablo! For the most part people played that for the campaign or for the coop play. Come to think of it, I don’t recall much of it in Diablo 2 either.

@Donut0389: Exactly! Instead of introducing new characters to counter the stronger characters, they just keep screwing up the characters they have! This makes me miss the days of Genesis and SNES where they couldn’t mess with the characters without releasing a new game!

Could you imagine how pissed off people would have been if they nerfed Ryu or Ken in Street Fighter 2 after you bought the game back then?

Look, if you’re still playing this game, you’re either an idiot or you like the abuse.

I literally don’t have a single friend left playing this game because of all the constant changes to their favorite characters. Mercy being given such a ridiculous boost to begin with is what forced most of them to give up and now they’re at it again.

Meanwhile, you give D.Va missiles and make it so she can’t stay in the suit long enough to use them to do any damage. Of course the cheesy weapon she has without the suit means she’s mostly a dead end now.

So yeah, if you’re still giving Blizzard and this game your time then I feel sorry for you.

@Jdzspace: Everything you said is without base and completely inaccurate.

The 135 Million are active accounts. However, Steam is losing market share thanks to things like cross play and play anywhere. Also, consider that many of them were likely just playing simplistic games, but that’s the same thing for consoles.

Also, like I said, Blizzard, Origin, and several other gaming services also add to that number and the only console that has come even close in the past 10 years was the Wii!

Think about that, the only home console to cross 100 Million gamers in the past 10 years was the Wii! The facking Wii!!! A console most gamers hated!

As for the PC being Essential, that’s hardly true anymore, but you’ve been clueless about everything else so why stop now!

Here’s the reality, there are simply more PC Gamers period and no amount of irrational justification on your part is going to change that! These are just facts! The PC market share itself is more than 5x that of even the most successful consoles and that’s why I can guarantee you these units dwarf the console numbers.

So please go back to gaming on your peasant-station and let the adults play some grownup games on their PC.

Oh wait, there’s more... It was estimated that from 2013 onward, 60 Million Graphics cards were shipped annually. Think about that number?!? That’s more than the Xbox One and PS4 combined for 2014! Why is this? Because PC Gaming is still the king.

@Jdzspace: NO, I’m using E Gaming because they actually make a living at this. Also, it is competitive and thus deserves the title Gamer because that’s what they actually do for a living!

As for the PC, you’re delusional and about the only one here that isn’t dealing in reality!

There are more than 150 Million people Gaming on Steam Alone and That far exceeds any console to date! Keep in mind that companies like EA and Blizzard aren’t even selling their titles via steam.

There are also close to 15000 games on Steam right now and again, that far out paces every other platform out there. Many of these titles see a more rapid drop in prices than the other platforms.

All 3 of these areas I mentioned the PC is in the lead! I haven’t even touched on the fact that you can mod games and often those mods are free... The high res Skyrim mods were free on the PC, you literally had to buy the games rehashed version on the higher end consoles if you wanted better graphics.

PC Gamers can also choose the options of being at the bottom or being at the top of the performance spectrum. This means they can game at 720P or they can game at 8K! They can also game at 30 FPS or they can game at 300 FPS.

Also, thanks to rules regarding historical preservation of the arts, classic games from now defunct companies can be legally emulated on the PC and if you so choose, you can emulate 80% of all consoles released to date.

I personally owned a switch and hated it... I also own a PS4 Pro and think that’s a good platform... We have an Xbox One S as well, but that’s mostly for movies. Still, the highest end platform I own is a PC and I know if I want a real gaming experience with the most precise controls and the widest variety of games, I go straight for the PC.

So, given the flexibility, Power, and value of the PC platform, one could argue its the only place to play!

No I’m not a PC Elitest, but this is reality and trying to deny that is foolish thinking of a man who can’t see beyond his box.
