Just because a jury decided on this case does not mean it is over. It will years before that will happen and most cases, Nintendo will eventually prevail on appeal.

With the wins, Odyssey has a chance for this year's Game of the Year.

Nice that Super Mario Odyssey will be playable at E3. I hope it does not disappoint.

There will be more updates for the Switch by the time it is discontinued in the next several years, many of them are what we are looking for (e.g. Virtual Console).

While it is nice to have more Switch units in stock, the expensive bundles are not what I am looking for. I am looking for the $299.99 original. This is reminding me of the Wii shortages ten years ago.

This is good news that the Switch has a good start. Now, if it can do well in the long term which is much important for Nintendo.

I am pleased with the Switch's initial success, including its Pro Controller. Let us hope that the hybrid system is successful in the long term.

It should not be a surprise that the game received a 6/10 score. Had it has more depth, it would have been worthy title.

The 10/10 score shows that Breath of the Wind is no Skyward Sword which received a 7.5 score years ago. It is nice to see a Zelda game receive a "perfect" score once again.

Regardless of the forecast, the Switch will not be another Wii U in the making unless Nintendo really botched the marketing of the system.
