I have no particular qualms about it, assuming it is neccesary within a given story, but most of the time I think developers add in heatedscenes just so people go out and buy it. To me, that is pretty sad. Sorry if I offend anyone by saying that but in my opinion video games are moving into a pretty dire direction whereby the focus is increasingly moving towards sordid exposure.

It bugs me that pretty much every female character in video games these days wear low cut tops exposing oversized busts and generally wear as little as possible. It's unneccesary and is actually more offputting than appealing. I was playing Dragon Origins the other day and a character called Morrigan (I think) was standing in the middle of a warzone having just fought off a legion of men in practically a bikini. Why?

There are too many of these instances in gaming these days. If its neccesary then sure add in a little bit of skin, but most of the time I'd really prefer if there was less skin and more emphasis on story, gameplay and all the other elements that make games fun to play.

If we wanted to see a woman in a bikini for no apparent reason then buy an FHM!

Using the term really loosely, the colossus from Shadow of the Colossus. The entire game was just a string of epic boss fights! Going old school I would have to mention the 8 master robots in Mega Man 2. Though again that's kind of loose.

I honestly can't think of one "villain team" from any game I've played this entire generation. Seems most games in recent years focus on one primary villain to drive that aspect of the games plot.

Agreed. I love the colossi in SOTC, every boss battle was epic. Great game and great concept.

Less cops.

outatime557

Seconded. Better yet, cops that aren't so damn stupid! As much as it would be annoying it would also be good to have some realism when you speed past a cop in city traffic or when you run a red light. They just sit there and do nothing.

I'd like to see what Rockstar could do with a GTA title set a couple of hundred years in the past or perhaps in the distant future.

Seeing Grand Theft Auto in a Futurama style setting would be awesome, for me anyway. I imagine that Rockstar could work wonders on a futuristic world riddled with crime.

I would also like to see better and more user friendlymini-games. I didn't play darts, pool or bowling in GTAIV all that much as it took so long and wasn't particularly engaging. Sometimes it provided a welcome break from mission objectives, but the mini-games seemed lacking in polish to me.

Being able to access more buildings would be cool too. Perhaps be able to hold up a convenience store or gain substanance from more places than a Cluckin Bell.

I hate to pick holes at GTAIV as it is one of the best games I have played, but it would be good to have more vairety in the character design. Is it me or did most of the non-playable characters all look very similar?!?

John Woo's Stranglehold on the Xbox360. I only paid a fiva for it, but I still felt robbed. The gameplay was so bad in comparison with like-for-like games that I switched it off after twenty minutes.

did not like the first.. reasons

1. what war?? why is there absolutley NO ONE without full explanation of the world we are supposed to be imersed in.How did they end up on the ship.

2. Slavers, ok so where are they in the entire game apart from at the start and right in the end

3. only four types of enemy which were all variants of the same model

4. around 2 or 3 combo's not nearly enough

5. buggy and laggy when more than 4 enemies on screen

In its defence the characters where engaging and it was a good looking game. It just felt unfinished, the franchise has potential but a sequel will need significant improvents on my gripes to keep me intrested.

Did you play the game on its hardest difficulty? Its an entirely different game and so much more gratifying.

After the disappointment of suffering the ending the first time around, I confess I personally have little motivation to return to Enslaved on a harder difficulty setting. That's just me!

I share your qualms.

1. To begin with I wasn't that bothered that there was little clarity about how Trip and Monkey ended up on the ship and how the World had become a broken by the Mechs. But, after experiencing a less than informative ending it was disappointing that how Pyramid and the Mechs came to be was never detailed during the game.

2. I know. The slave ship shedded a number of escape pods and yet no human life (except for Pigsy) is found during the game. Again, no clarity!

3. The enemies were rather unispiring, but that didn't really bother me all that much. A Mech is a mech and the bosses were pretty cool.

4. The combat was pretty simple, I second that. Having a few more combos to play with would have been nice.

5. I didn't really notice technicalissuesbut then I rarely notice blemishing in games unless they are really, really obvious.

I would love a sequel. I've completed GTAIV, Alan Wake, Bioshock 2, Final Fantasy XIII and Mass Effect 2 in recent months and Enslaved is probably one of the best action adventures I've played in a while.

As much as it hurts me to say it - being the type of guy who moans when there is always a happy and romantic ending - I was kind of hoping that Trip and Monkey would get hitched in the end. Throughout the story, a relationship forms between them that becomes more than just a slave/master relationship and it was a bit of disappointment, that like a lot of other plot holes, that the relationship between the two didn't expand.

I'm guessing by the way in which the game ended we are all expected to make our assumption of what happens next......I really hope that Ninja Thoery release a sequel so actually gives those who invested time and money in the original some closure. I would be willing to pay for a sequel, just for a little more clarity and an actual end!

Okay, so I am a little behind when it comes to completing the latest games and have only just ended a ten hour association with what I found to be a great adventure title.

However (and I've read a lot invarious reviews on the same matter) Enslaved builds the player up to what feels like is going to be a pretty spectacular climax and then just like, the game ends and the credits roll.

Now, I'm not sure what a sequel would look like, but does anyone know if there is a sequel in development. If there is then I can accept the abrupt ending, but if there is no intention to release a sequel then the ending is a waste of time.

Lots of haters out here.

Visible_ninja69
I am a huge fan of AVA too though and I think I like their albums more so I am glad Blink split. Having said that Blink are awesome and always have been. I am looking to see what the future holds for them now they have reformed. Don't worry too much about the haters out there. There's a lot of music I don't like, it doesn't neccesarily mean it's bad. I love American punk bands and Blink are one of my favourite.
