This is only tempoararily, it's no biggy, they are restructuring and selling out some of their other divisions that has taken big losses. Sony Interactive Entertainment division is in good shape as they allways has been.
LOL do you really think those 400 million PC's are used for gaming? :D haha! And like i said Sony are owning the triple A console/PC market by far. You PC guys have pretty much the indie market by your self though and your early access games lol!
@7tizz: It's just a 15 hour preview build of the game that jornalists are getting beforehand so it really is way to little content to make a judgment from. I have seen a preview video from gamesradar and they say it's absolutely fascinating so far with those 15 hours of playtime.
Non of us know what game that will get the GOTY award but im predicting FF15 will get the award.
@augoldfinger79: They are owning the Triple A console/pc market without a doubt with over 47 million ps4 consoles sold worldwide. Profits are down for Sony as a whole but that has nothing to do with their Sony Interactive Entertainment division
@gruntreaper: Offcourse it's a good thing, now they will spend all their resources on Playstation which has been a huge success since they lanched it back in 1994. Their other divisions with red numbers are closing down.
Sony are f#cking owning it! Im glad Sony has closed down and sold out some of their other divisions so they can consentrate fully on Sony Interactive Entertainment (formerly Sony Computer Entertainment)
@shay-cormac: This is offcourse a subjective opinion but i really have high expectations for FF15 as this game has been in developement since 2006. Major titles like this usually gets the GOTY award on most gaming sites
@sellingthings: They put out a new VERSION of a console mid cycle to keep up with the rapidly expanding technological advancement when it comes to 4kTV's + Virtual Reality. Rest of the company could end up closing their doors soon? Didn't you know that Sony are closing down their other divisions to consentrate fully on their (Sony Interactive Entertainement) division former known as (Sony Computer Entertainement)? which btw has been without a doubt extremly successfull since they first launced it back in 1994. Their red numbers are from their Vaio PC division and their TV division) has nothing to do with their Gaming division (Sony interactive entertainement). Do some homework kid, Playstation is the king of the gaming industry and we all know it!
