Thank you for bringing up the tactical haptics reactive grip. I heard a piece on the radio about it with the host pretty impressed by the feedback. Arcades would be a perfect place to test and implement these concepts if they were still popular in the U.S.

The indie scene is what I'd prefer when choosing to listen to video game music away from the game itself: World of Goo, Dustforce, Bastion, and FTL to name a few, though these are actually re-arranged in "soundtrack" format for better listening then mere background music as someone pointed out.
