A drop from 4k to 1080p sounds like a lot but if you don't have a 4k tv then you won't really see much of a difference.

They perfected the combat system in Arkham Knight. In that game, even a Batman expert would have trouble and Hard mode was the best challenge I ever had!

The pc versions of the originals might run on higher specs, (that's not a debate) but the character models and everything else is still built on last gen tech. It was built on Unreal 3 engine while this is built with Unreal 4.

In some aspects, you can tell this new team has very little art direction though. I saw plenty of new textures and resources taken from Batman Arkham Knight like the rain effects which make zero sense in Arkham Asylum. Asylum didn't have rainy weather. You could see the moon clear as day.

Pc versions don't look as good as this. Rocksteady was never generous to pc gamers.
