in vegas, the modes are:

team deathmatch(respawns)

deathmatch(free-for-all w/ respawns)

survival)no respawns)

team survival(no respawns)

attack and defend(one team tries to capture intel, kinda like CTF)

retrieval(havent played)

co-op story(w/ up to 4 players i believe)

co-op terrorist hunt

and with the 2 free map packs you also get:

assassination(one team protects player-controlled VIP, one tries to kill VIP)

and conquest(like king of the hill)

R6V is a great shooter, best online game to date on the 360 in my opinion.

after that get lost planet of battlefield 2:MC

try lost planet:extreme condition. its a tps sci-fi shooter by capcom.

campaign is ok, kind of short, but the LIVE play is really great, only topped on the 360 by vegas.

hmmmmm, ive never played the campaign cooperatively...

however, on the back of the cover, it says you can play co-op with 2-4 players.

so my answer is yes, if you have sufficient controllers(EX: 3 wireless, 2 wired and 1 wireless, etc.)

i may be wrong, but im about 92% sure im right.

hopefully you'll find one, cuz if you don't you may have to buy a bundle off the internet for over $400, unless you're willing to wait...

sounds like a cool idea

however, the teammate through the speaker idea would be great if it wasnt for the poor quality of sound emitted from the speaker.

also, they would have to make the controls very responsive and high-quality.

but aside from those gripes, it would be a welcome addition to the wii library.

BTW: how about R6V for a console rainbow game done right?

SAME EXACT PROBLEM

heres my wii story...

ok, one monday my dad offered to get me a wii, so we drove to the nearest wal-mart(in sylva). come to find out they had non ein stock. so we had an employee call wal-marts in maggie valley, waynesville, and franklin. none of them had a wii either.( we also tried a k-mart, they didnt have it)

the next day we drive to asheville(about 50 miles). i was almost positive i would get a wii that day. we checked 2 best buys,wal-marts, 2 targets, 3 gamestops, a circuit city, an fye, a sams club, a sears, and an unnamed video game store to no avail. NOBODY HAD A WII. the lady working in the fye said 7 other ppl had asked for wiis that day(this was only at 2 in the afternoon)

so i had given up hope. however, an employee in one of the wal-marts said they would be getting a shipment in the next day, wednesday at 2.

so wednesday we called and called to make sure they didnt sell one of the wiis in the shipment. finally, at about 2:05, the lady told us they had 3 in the back. so we asked her if she could hold one for us. she said she couldnt because someone else had asked that and never showed up.

her manager said the same thing, despite our offering to pay for it in advance or give our credit card number.

however, the asset manager of that store said she would hold one for us. then she checked around and located some wiis at the wal-marts in waynesville, saving us a longer drive.

if it wasnt for that lady who went above and beyond, i still wouldnt have one.

so my advice to you is to call around and keep searching. and ALWAYS ask for their shipment date.

i wouldnt use it if my standard cable worked, but somehow no picture shows up when using it...

after getting my wii, i bought a high-resolution cable to try and get a better picture while playing.

however, when installing the cable and switching it the console to HD, (i do have an HD LCD TV) suddenly, everything had a green tint and certain colors such as blue became green all together.

so i hooked up the standard red-white-blue cable, and it worked fine(no green tint). however, after a day, i could get no picture from the wii on any input on my TV(tried component 1&2, HDMI, s-video 1&2, tv, and RGB).

ive checked everything. the wire is plugged in to both the back of the TV and the back of the console, and it still doesnt show up on any input.

so basically, unless i get this fixed, i'll have to play everything with a sickly green tint over it. it doesnt make any game unplayable, it just cuts down on the fun of playing.

any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

yesterday,i searched at 3 gamestops, 1 circuit city, 2 wal-marts, 2 bestbuys, 1 fye, 1 sears, 1 sam's club, and an unnamed game store, to no avail. apparently, every store sells out their shipments within an hour or so. its the same story at every store, to. "No, we dont have any wiis, no we dont dont know when the next shipment arrives."

im sooo frustrated. i didnt think it would be this hard...
