Man, what worries me is that people are beating us at our own game. We are being dominated at the line of scrimmage, both offensively and defensively. Russell Wilson is incredible and is the only thing keeping us in these games. I hope he has an offensive line one day.

@Boston_Boyy: Apparently he was quite the pill in the locker room and he wanted out. Not sure what to make of it, I'm not happy or sad. More shocked than anything. I guess this frees cap room for Russell next year. Hopefully Richardson can replace Percy's presence on the field.

It's crazy how fast this happened. John Clayton was on the radio literally fifteen minutes before this news broke and didn't say anything. He had no idea.

Yeah, typed it with a straight face and all. Criticizing a QB for being mediocre who is supposed to be mediocre is a waste of time. We all know he's not any good and nobody is trying to make him the long term answer, so what's the point in piling it on?

Bravo on ignoring important context. I askd what have they won RECENTLY, which you conveniently ignored. That is unless Brady's SB wins 10+ years ago constitutes recent in your eyes.

And your comments on Hasselbeck make no sense. I was clearly speaking to when he first came to Seattle (hence my referencing 2001). He was a nobody before then, just another Favre understudy. Your reading comprehension: sub-par. Turns out that wasn't indefensible since you clearly aren't even reading the fucking posts. Either that or you have a hard-on for taking everything out of context. Hope you aren't a journalism major. Not going to debate with someone that isn't even reading my posts, thanks.

Of course they are more competitive with a better QB, doesn't mean they are going to win anything of any significance. All those guys you listed, what have they been winning recently without decent defenses or surrounding casts? Jack.

Criticizing Fitzpatrick for being awful makes no sense. I'm all for piling on a QB who should be the answer but isn't. Like when we brought Hasselbeck to Seattle in 2001, he was awful and people trashed him. We brought him in as an answer on a decent team, so that somewhat deserved.

Fitzpatrick is clearly not supposed to be the answer to anything. He's not a good quarterback. He's barely a quarterback at all to the coaching staff. He's a tackling dummy. Throw him out there for 16 games, watch him get thrown around like a rag doll, then draft someone in the 1st round to take his spot.

If that's basically his role, what's the point of sitting here and bashing him. I know he isn't any good, you know he isn't any good, the coaching staff knows he isn't any good, so what is to be achieved by pointing out every flaw in his game? The team isn't ready to win with anyone, that's a fact.

Besides, he hasn't even been that bad. You guys act like he is an experiment where you combined Ryan Leaf's brains, JaMarcus Russell's work ethic, Blaine Gabbert's fear of the dark and Vince Young's financial abilities.

The Texans are a shit team, Fitzpatrick isn't holding them back. He's just a placeholder for the future, everyone knows that. Hell, even Fitzpatrick even knows that. In Seattle, instead of hating that guy, I respected him. That's why I wear a Tarvaris Jackson jersey every game day. Only idiots blamed him for everything. Yeah, he wasn't very good, but the team was even worse. He took all the heat, all the hits, all the vitriol, for none of the reward. Fitzpatrick is the same guy.

I'll never understand despising the shitty QB on a shitty team. You aren't winning even if you had Tom Brady or Drew Brees, so what's the point? You're rebuilding, suck it up with a couple of years of shitty QB play and maybe you'll land Russell Wilson like we did.

Great effort Watt and Foster. Shame we have to lose because our QB is worse than garbage.

Fitzpatrick was 15/23 with a 9.2 average and no picks while being sacked five times and the defense giving up 33 and 400+ yards. Get out of here, he isn't the reason you lost. The Texans' problems go far beyond Fitzpatrick.

nope

What is wrong about what I said? Defense gives up 33 and 400+, offensive line allows 5 sacks, BLAME THE QB! BURN HIM AT THE STAKE!

What the hell are the Hawks doing? Defense is turrible in 3rd down. Seriously, letting a little dump off pick up the 1st on 3rd and 13? **** YOU BOBBLES AND KITNA.

Who cares if Lebron lost in the finals three times? I'll never understand how people think losing in the finals of any league is worse than never getting there in the first place. Dumbest shit I've ever heard.

If it's so obvious that MJ is superior, why do his fan boys constantly have to bring down Lebron and drum up how great MJ was? If it were that obvious, MJ wouldn't need you little people standing in front of him with your sword and shield. Different players, different eras, impossible to compare. Get. Over. It.

Seahawks own. How close are we to legitimately calling Wilson a top-5 QB? He just eviscerates people, it's surgical. Manning Rodgers Brees Luck Wilson?

Also, I don't get all the bitching about not being able to play defense anymore. We play lights out, get some better players.
