I have a PS3 and after 2-3 years it broke down so I am not a fan anymore of that system. You can say, 3 years that is a long time but I never had this before with Ps2 or the Ps1.

I also bought the ps3 when he came out in my country (Belgium) at the full price. The 60 gb version with the memory slots which I never used. 600€ is a lot of money.

I did not play that much on the system, there were periods I did not play on it for months so I did not really use it that much in those 3 years. I searched for the problem on the internet and it seems that it occures frequently. I do not want another ps3 anymore, ever.

What makes a game very good is everything that 99% of the games made in the past 10 years don't have, and which can be summed up very easily:

Passionate developing out of love and fun, instead of a commercial job to pay the rent and fill some big company's pockets.

Ever played Monkey Island?

Very subjective question. It is like asking "What makes a food very delicious?"weizhen

Can you still be connected to the game if you are playing so much games at once?

I've got two:

Crank- It already feels like a very campy version of GTA, so why not make a sandbox game based on it. You'd have to get Jason Statham to voice Chev, though, or it would never work.

Boondock Saints- You could do this either as a mission-based sandbox game or as a Contra-style shooter or even a Final Fight/Streets of Rage beat 'em up.

I know Crank and it is like transporter a good idea.

I personally think it would be cool to see a game made from Blood Diamond. Seeing it back in 2007, I thought it could've beena decent game.

I wouldn't count on it though unfortunately. Movie based games are almost always bad. I think the only good movie game ever released was Goldeneye for the N64.

marcogamer07

Yep that was a good game. The Jason Bournce Conspircy also does a good job but it campaing mode is way to short. And it is the only mode you can play.

The Transporter could be but it would be hard to get each mechanic just right: driving, fighting, and shooting. Its harder to make a movie into a game since you need to make the game last at min 6hrs while a movie is usually only about 2hrs. I wish Iron Man was better since there was so much potential to make it atleast decent.Kurushio

It maybe could work if they use interactive cutscenes where you need to push a button while the action is playing on the screen (Heavenly Sword, Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy)? They could use it in over the top moments which the movie has a lot. If they would make some driving levels and some thirth person levels I would think it could be a very good game.

None. Licensed games almost always fail. But if I had to pick probably Black Sheep with Chris Farley.

Doom_HellKnight

What do you think about batman dark asylum for ps3. I played a demo, it looked good.

Batman: Arkham Asylum wasn't based on any particular film. It was simply set in the Batman universe, using the license.

Thank you, I did not know that lol
