@Menslaughter, phili878, Sohereiam: I think there's been a serious misunderstanding (little late but) phili878 was referring to the promise of 250+hrs of gameplay from Xenoblade X while Menslaughter and Sohereiam were both referring to the original Xenoblade on Wii (3ds), to quote the first part of phili878's comment "150+ hours guaranteed" so chill guys :)

@robodild0: I don't think graphics alone make GOTY, honestly if you were only after graphics then I guess "The Order 1886" is your ultimate GOTY right?

nice trolling though, definitely TOTY :)

@phoenixrisen: 15 days too late but, by any chance did you get a laptop (I7 2.6 4720HQ <- remember this being a notebook processor) if I remember correctly this has a boost clock of up to 3.6 ghz, you should be fine though you may have to tone down some of your settings(no ultras) but it should run Fallout 4

@Nyc-WiLL: I dunno, honestly though if you had to pick between pretty pictures and actually having something fun to do what would you pick?

Also consider that not everyone would have quad sli 980ti's in their rigs (exag but you get my point) if you start designing something for that kind of specs then sure you can have your "Bethesda" open world game with pretty graphics (not many people would be able to run it and complain and not buy the game but hey at least the game's there... also less sales = less incentive to work on it or on possible future iterations of it)...

plainly put there's a reason why they were able to put such a modest recommended requirements, and reasonable minimum requirements for the game

nothing wrong with asking for it but at least try to think a little about why these things happen the way they do :)

@Thanatos2k: no need to get defensive :) merely stating a possibility I mean if it were just the devs then yeah chances are they could learn from this and give some more attention to PC as a platform but we're talking about the publishers here and unfortunately effort + backlash - profit is not the kind of math they like, quite frankly if they can get away with it, they'd put as little effort into it as possible (pressure the devs to the max to release their games and just hype the $h!t out of it)

I mean from a PC owners perspective(mine at least) I think of my rig as a car enthusiast would their ferari, I've got a nice car (which i spent a lot of time effort and money on) why in the holy mother of **** would I drive it on pothole infested highways :)

regardless, just saying what might be running through some big wig publishers head :(

"We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight," the developer wrote today on the game's Steam page. "We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues."...

wow I'm hoping this doesn't mean there will be a lot less interest in the PC as a platform given how hard it is to please the majority, I guess the PC community really are the most demanding market afterall (if you take into consideration the multitude of setups the game has to be perfect with)

... or it could work the other way and give PC a lot more TLC, though if you consider the effort/satisfation/sales ratio that seems rather unlikely :(

@ughz: "If you don't like what I like, you're an idiot"

suppording statements:

"I didn't say you were an idiot for not liking the same things as me. I said anyone who likes RE6 is an idiot and has no taste." - (but then again you are operating on the belief that games aren't subjective and you are the barometer for good and bad games, that or you're playing to the crowd or something)

well that's fine that's just part of you being an individual with your own opinion (agree to disagree) :)
