I'm disappointed that these reviewing sites don't suggest an all out boycott to these online only games. The issues are mentioned but it doesn't seem to effect the sales. This trend that is being forced on gamers is obviously not in our interest. I wont be buying any online only game, I just wish one of these sites had the balls to suggest the same.
Seems like there's a ton of lighting confusion here. The first scene wasn't the best choice to show off new tech (hanging upside-down). I bet this could look real spiffy in other games, but it doesn't make sense to have a character covered in mud and blood who has silky smooth hair.
It's strange; I like his GAME, I'm looking forward to 'The Witness', and I agree with most of what he has to say, but I hate HIM. He seems to be putting on this tortured artist/fragile genius mask, and that's all that kind of attitude is, just a show for the person doing it.

Nobody cares or agrees with them, they've been fighting a losing battle since the beginning of any and all media. Nothing will be banned, nothing they say has ever mattered.
I find that most of the time when people say they are offended, it's on someone else's behalf, not their own. If the gaming community can agree that a plastic figure can somehow be pro-violence against women, then we don't have a leg to stand on (ha) when we say games don't insight violence, which they don't.
This is a non-issue. Everyone stop clapping for things like this and the fairy will die.
