Way to gamespot you once again prove incompetence when it comes to reviewing games. the reviewer should be flogged for such a low score. Lack luster campaign? What game was he playing. the campaign is engaging and fierce if played on the more difficult modes. As far as technical glitches I have experienced none, in fact the controller response seemed to have been improved. Horde mode is simply awesome!! Gamespot have produced the lowest score for GOW 4 that I was able to find anywhere. If your a past fan of the GOW series (Not counting judgement)you will love this game. If your new to the GOW world go to Redbox and rent it first for 3 bucks.
Overall this game should have scored no lower then a 8.5, personally would have gave it a 9.
playing on the xbox one, cut my teeth on the original doom. this version is better the I expected. the play is furious multiple enemies coming at you. and when you pull the heart of the demon ball look out. I give the SP player campaign 9/10. As with everyone else i'm a little disappointed in the multiplayer, and at a loss why there was on co=op. hopfully they will patch the MP. score for MP 7/10. And I've play unchartered 4 these are two different games so makes no sense to compare one to the other.
Microsoft just doesn't get it. Sooner or later you keep f***ing over your customers they will fight back. I had the original xbox, and the 360. I refuse to buy the Xbone, looks like it will be PS4 for me, unless they are going to follow Microsoft in screwing us over.
Played during the open beta, its a fun game, has a lot of familiar places if you have played Baulders Gate, Icewind Dale or any of the D&D based games. It's a free to play and not a pay to win. if you decide to give it a try play the Control Wizard.
