Valve are making a retail survival pack which will have L4D and the survival stuff on one disk, but you can just buy l4d and download the survival pack.

Right-click on Half-Life 2 in Steam, click Properties, Launch Options and type "-32bit" (without the " "), Ok. Should be fixed.

I have 2 7200.12s along with one 7200.11. I use the 11 for OS and apps and documents because it has a faster seek time than the 12 (has no firmware issues with my 11 after a year, must be lucky). The 12s are good for sustained read and write, so if you do video encoding and such are very useful, but their seek and access times are quite slow due to being all on one platter so they aren't great for more general activities compared to a WD or a DeskStar. Perhaps something like a Caviar Black would be better for general all-round use. I only chose the 12s because I do a lot of video encoding and that's what they do best, but for playing music and games and pictures - more general things - I'd go for a different drive.

I like listening to Charles Dickens comparing a computer game to a show by a celebrity chef. I'm just sat here imagining Charles Dickens b****ing his ass off to me while smoking a pipe, brilliant! You sir, TC are a genius.

On a more related matter I have Clear Sky but have yet to play it, but if and when I do I'll look out for this bug. I have a sneaking suspicion that my version of STALKER may be from mars because everyone raves about it, but I just can't into the thing. I mean why, why does a pistol round to the head, or 2 shotgun rounds to the chest not kill someone who should already be severely weakened from starvation and cancer and other radiation-induced illnesses? Meh...

Wow you got ripped! You should have some here first Nah, kidding. Looks fine, you wasted a bit of money on that E8500 though, an E8400 with an OC on your Freezer 7 would've been just as good. Really though, if you did waste a ton of money what would posting it here do, you already bought the stuff?
