I agree about the visibility of pings. I have to do a 360 (and sometimes twice) to find the ping location. I've also had multiple games freeze. That being said, i'm very happy with the feel of the game. They've done something rare; make me care about staying alive in a battle royale game.
I had doubts about the show, but it's pretty good. I'm not one who plays Halo single player so i'm not a die hard Halo story follower, but the show is solid.
One of the cons should be that you get 4 days earlier access if you buy the most expensive version, it's like cutting the line because you're special, give Premium users more content, but release the game for everyone at the same time.
I'm getting the game on Gamepass and don't mind that those who are paying 59.00 for it are getting a few days earlier.
This the the tipping point, just like when Spotify/Apple music took the wind out of CDs. Sony has to make the transition very soon because the market is changing.
@xnshd: SOMETHING tells you? But you hear of people doing 16-18 hours on set for movies and how it causes hardships on families often.
I'm sure you would love if your company paid you double of what you make, but required you work 16-18 hours a day. We all would. But it gets old after a while. The extra money is great! But then it starts to take a toll on your health, your relationships and everything else in your life.
There is a basketball maxim I like to use often. It goes "You can't run the full court press all game". You can push for a while, but it starts to take away from balance after a while. 8 years is a LONG time for anyone. It's even worse for someone who is famous, because he can't go out without "being on the job" and smiling for people.
You've got to have breaks in between things if you are working at a pace like that.
A lot of people are highly overpaid and highly overworked. 8 years of not having a life is hard on anyone.
A lot of people here seem to be jealous and don't know how to separate a job from mental health and basic balance. People run out of steam no matter what their job if the expectations are unbearable (or for a very long time).
